What is Balguti and how to use Balguti? बाळगुटी म्हणजे काय आणि ती कशी वापरावी?
Balguti is a traditional Ayurvedic tonic made from a blend of 20 dried herbs, prepared following a formulation Green Pharmacy has kept since 1993. Herbs like Kharik, Badam, Jeshthamadh, Vekhand, Bal Hirda, Ashwagandha, Suntha, Ativish etc. are rubbed on a stone with pre-boiled water or mother's milk and given to the baby as a gentle daily tonic. The herbs should be kept dry. Rinse only what's needed for the day, rub out the required amount, then dry and wipe the stone and herbs before putting them away again.
