Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of cancellation, you will be charged 3% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder.

  • No refund once the products are ready to ship.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Products returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date are liable for exchange.

  • All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Postage will not be refunded.

  • The liable products will take one to two weeks to exchange products.

  • Items can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
